How to avoid collision in Ethernet Port

I have 2950 router which connected to firewall through ethernet port. This ethernet port having lot of collision.. how to avoid these collisions..

Check your duplex settings in your interfaces, collisions will typically occur when one side is running at half duplex not full, if they cannot be negotiated via FLP.
