Re: how to clear mac-address-table entry using snmp

Hi Ganesh,

Thanks ofr the reply. I already tried that. My issue is,

I cannot see all the dynamic entries from mac-address-table in arp cache on the switch. For e.g.,

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Switch_BS#show arp

Total Mac Addresses for this criterion: 23

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As you can see the mac-address-table has three dynamic entries v/s arp cache which has only one dynamic entry. Hence when you execute the snmpwalk you can only see the two entries as in the arp table. This is the reason why walooking to clear the mac-address-table entries.

Thanks
