how to copy the bootldr image from SP slot0 (pc card) to RP bootflash:

Hi Swamy,

Go to the console prompt of RP Rommon and from ther issue a command

copy sup-slot0: bootflash:

Remember you will not be able to issue dir slot0: from RP rommon prompt.So copy the image name from SP prompt.

Update if it worked.

Thanks fr your prompt reply.

I tried the command.The copy command is not acceptrd.

I believe that we have to xmodem the bootloader to the RP DRAM as u suggested then boot to the RP then tftp to the RP bootflash

Last time i asked the foolish question.

I understand the concept and corrected.

When I download the image to the local drive to xmodem then That image is in the local drive to tftp to the RP bootflash
