How to create Traffic policy in two Wan links ?

I have a router with 2 WAN links (LS & ADSL).

I want that all my LAN traffic would be divised in my two links as bellow :

- smtp and pop traffic take the LS line

- all rest trafic follow the ADSL line

Is it possible, how ?
