what kind of IOS is it? IP base? I think for enabling routing on the 3560 you need at least the advanced ip services but i am not sure.

My IOS is IPBASE but standard IP routing is implemented in this image. I have configured my network with VLANs, This switch routing comunication between this VLANs.

Hi
As Yves has said IP Base does not support multicast routing. IP Base does support basic inter-vlan routing + RIP but if you want more advanced routing protocol support + multicast then you need the IP Services image.
