How to share 4 ADSL conecctions

Hi, I have this issue to see if someone can help me.

I have a big network of 250 computers and I use 4 diferent ADSL connections and I want to put them in a 1 connection but I can't find the way to do it, or at least I don't how to do it. If you hava a hardware solution I prefered to use it intead a software.

You can use linksys device.share max 7 lines ADSL.I don't remember P/N,but U search from cisco.com
