1- Plan for MW.2- Take config

1- Plan for MW.
2- Take config backup from the box.
3- If you have spare chasis make sure the new sup's are working fine and it has the exact software on it.
4- Bring down the chasis.
5- Remove the old Sup and install the new sup.
6- Power up the chasis
7- Apply the config back on the box
8- Unshut all the ports.

Config would work fine.No

Config would work fine.

No changes required.

But make sure you unshut all the layer 3 vlans and interfaces as applying config would not automatically bring the ports up by default.
