HP Blade switch 3020 Cisco Device Manager won't display

I have recently upgraded the IOS on our new hp blade switches from 12.2(37)se1 to 12.2(44)Se2, do to the fact that I need to configure our switches to use SSH. As soon as I upgraded I lost the ability to open the cisco device manager. I cannot roll back to the first IOS b/c of the SSH issue so I rolled up to new version thinking that would fix the problem. It didn't. I am going to roll back to the initial IOS, which IOS can I use that will support both SSH and allow me to continue to use the device manager??

I think when you are prompted to accept the security certificate and you click No, you only see a blank screen, and the device manager does not start.

The workaround is to click Yes when you are prompted to accept the certificate

When the physical UID LED of the switch is on, it is blue. However, when the image of this LED on the device manager Front Panel view is on, it is green. Then you can able open Cisco Device manager
