hsrp on two router with two ethernet

                   hello , i have two cisco 2900 with two Ethernet (internal and public) . the Eth0 on both router go to my internal network with Standby configuration . the Eth1 on both router go to two switch , where we are behind two routers xxx1 amd xxx2 . when my primary router1 for a problem switches to standby router2 , the user on router xxx1 or xxx2 lose the link with a internal application

i have only standby configuration on Eth0 (one connected to my internal network) .

I must also configure HSRP on the network to present always the same as the public IP routers xxx1 and xxx2 ???
