hi! recently we're having some intermittent issues with our hsrp running on 2x6509. There is incident that the standby gw is up (consoled into the sw to check), but i can't ping the vlan interfaces from within the switch or outside the sw. It will only be back to normal if i shut the vlan interface and no shut again to bring it back (for each vlan) and after the active interface swing from the 2nd 6509 back to the original 1st 6509. There's no sign of any hsrp status changes when this issue occured.
any idea what's wrong with it? and how shd i troubleshoot this?
