Hi all, we have 2 internet routers at work, they have 2 hsrp groups on them, can you have hsrp on the outside interfaces that face the internet too ?

Depend on want you want to do.

Only for failover, you can use track on hsrp.

No, You cannot configure the HSRP on your internet facing outside ports. HSRP is meant/desined only for the LAN gateway failover. You cannot configure it for the outside ports.
