Hi, I think I can help you if I undersatnd what you need help with. I think you want to filter https packet on your switch? you can allow or deny https traffic. Have a look at the document below for more help.

Supported on 12.2 releases.

Last release on 2950 was 12.1

I think he is looking to enable HTTPS for the GUI interface on the switch . I think you need to have the crypto version in order to that so I would check your code then it is just a matter of enabling https.
