Hypervisor is already running on port 7200

Hi

When I drag a router into screen;  it says hypervisor is already running on port 7200 . I checked the process in task manager , but I could not find any process related to GNS3 , I rebooted the PC , but nothing happened . Could you tell me what should I do ?
