I can't assign static IP to windows-host

I have several vlan and cat 3750 with SVI-interfaces in my network. There is DHCP-server in one of the VLAN and cat3750 uses ip-helper on every SVI to forward DHCP-packets from PC to DHCP-server. When I connect windows-host it get ip-address from DHCP-server and it's all right. When I assign a static IP-address to this host from the same subnet as IP from appropriate SVI it works fine and I don't have any problem. If I try to assign to host a static IP address from another subnet then IP from SVI host get APPIPA address from range 169.254.0.0. I can't assign any static IP from any subnet which differs on subnet from appropriate SVI-interface. Why does it happen?
