Hello,
Generally, you don't have to power-off any switch, while replacing stack cable.
I am not sure about the complete stack cable connections.
Please send "sh switch neighbor" with "sh ver | inc IOS"

Hello,
I guess you are trying to replace the stack cable connected between Sw1-SP2<<==>>Sw4-SP1. If so, it shouldn't be a problem.
Did you notice the stack cable connection between Sw3-SP1 <<===> Sw4-SP2 ?
From the command results, I see Sw4 has no stack neighbors.

Shouldn't be a problem just pulling one cable , the ring will wrap and run at half bandwidth I believe until the cable is replaced.
