IAS x VLAN Dynamic Assignment

I have a switch 2950 where the radius server is a IAS on w2k3 std.

The authentication it's working, but the dynamic vlan assignment its not working.

my configuration is attached...

in logging events i detected that :

Mar 12 10:12:05 192.168.10.10 638: 01:47:36: dot1x-ev:Received VLAN is No Vlan

and after

Mar 12 10:12:05 192.168.10.10 673: 01:47:36: dot1x-ev:Received VLAN Id -1

but, this problem is in IAS server..or the cisco that not can get the vlan id tag ???

Pretty sure for vlan assignment you need this as well in switch.

aaa authorization network default group radius

For IAS policy I also have:

Service-Type = Framed
