ICMP Port Unreachable from gateway 10.40.25.154 for udp from testserver (10.40.25.175) to 10.20.250.3 port 33440

Sir,

i got this output in Sun Solaris 9server while trying to ping 10.20.250.3 following error message is coming

ICMP Port Unreachable from gateway 10.40.25.154 for udp from testserver (10.40.25.175) to 10.20.250.3 port 33440 what may be the reason.Whether it is server problem or switch Problem.I have attached connectivity diagram.Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

10.20.250.3 is in vlan 1

10.40.25.154 is vlan 2
