It is very difficult to tell.
In some specific circumstances when you have a so called intermittent connection, it may happen that for some time the plug pins are connected, then a truck travels along the building causing some trembling and the connection may get lost.
If your cable is loosely connected, then you should plug it in a tightened way so the above cannot happen.
