Intel E10GSFPSR to Cisco SFP-10G-SR

Can an Intel E10GSFPSR connect to a Cisco SFP-10G-SR?  My Dell servers have the Intel 10GB SFP+ and my Nexus has the N7K-M132XP-12L

Full 10Gbit no issues?  Hoping this will work fine, I know intel states that the E10GSFPSR can be at both ends, however I'd rather stay with what both sides state are their spec

Should work just fine.  I have seen Dell servers connected to Cisco Nexus 2232s.  The Cisco side uses Cisco optics and the Dell side uses Dell optics.
