Hi all,
Hope everybody are well....
I have to build up 3 VLAN's and the InterVLAN- & Policy routing should be done with a Cisco 851. The router is connected with a C2960T through a trunk.
Now, I suppose the Cisco 851 isn't able to do trunking/InterVLAN. I'm right or wrong? How's with an Cisco 870 (Routers-Advanced IP Services Feature Set)? Can this handle InterVLAN, trunk eg.?
Thanks for the reply.
Greets,
Norbert

The 870 series supports 4 802.1q vlans with the Advanced IP Services Feature set so this would work with your 2950 switch
The 850 series doesn't support 802.1q AFAIK.
