Intervlan routing without L3 device

I ahve two 2950 Swtich in which i create Vlan 25 and vlan 26. Vlan 25 is in 172.25.75.0/24 subnet and Vlan 26 is in 172.26.42.0/24 subnet.Does it possible to do intervlan routing betweent them without using L3 device.

this won't work. You'll need a l3 device

Hello Vaibhav,

you need an external L3 device like a router with vlan subinterfaces that can do the router in a stick function.

In your current setup devices are confined inside each vlan.

You need a router like Giuseppe said or a layer 2/3 switch ( 3550,3560) to hook these switches into .
