"Hidden" commands don't show with command line help. Normally, the only way to know what they are is if Cisco has publicly documented them in a tech note or such. If you search the Cisco web site for "hidden command" you'll find such infomation.
There are also other web sites that have compiled lists of "hidden commands"; search the Internet for them.
