IOS deleted on Cisco 4948

I've been handed a switch that only boots to rommon.  When I run the dir bootflash: command I see that the IOS has been deleted.  No worries this switch is not supporting anything yet.  Can you point me to a link that will help me load an IOS back on the switch?  I have searched the forums with no luck for this model switch.

Please take a look at the following link (4900 uses the same IOS as the 4500).
