IOS Emulator

I will be doing some extensive air travel to a remote site and when I get there will need to configure some switches and routers.

Does anyone know of an emulator I can run on my laptop to take advantage of time in the air where I can "pre-configure" the equipment and then save it out so I can upload once I get onsite?

I know I can do it with notepad, but was looking to get more of the contextual help and such where needed.

Thanks in Advance

Re: IOS Emulator

Take a look at http://www.ipflow.utc.fr/index.php/Cisco_7200_Simulator.

This emulator can currently emulate the hardware of the Cisco 7200 and 3600 series (3620, 3640 and 3660) routers. As it emulates the hardware of the router you use it with the same IOS you would run on the real hardware.
