We have a 2621XM router. What is the latest IOS version that runs on it?

The latest IOS is 12.4 Train and the latest one in the same train is 12.4.16 LD.

Please take a look at the featureset that you want to look for using the feature navigator tool. This hsould help you in selecting the IOS for your router.
