IOS for 7609

We have the following two modules in our 7609.

1.4-subslot SPA interface processor-400 (7600-SIP-400)

and

2. IPSec VPN Accelerator (WS-SVC-IPSEC-1)

What IOS supports this configuration?

Version 12.2(18) adventerprise doesnot work. What does?

Under the tools and resources , look out for the software advisor and search for the required software matching your hardware .

I just had a look , but iam not able to find the SPA modules .

Hi,

What is the exact IOS version you are running on your router. The minimum you require is 12.2.18SXE. If you have the image before 12.18SXE you need a K9 image for that. With 12.218SXE you need an advance services image for WS-SVC-IPSEC-1. So if you have the suggest IOS on the router your both the modules will work on it.

Hi,

I have a setup with the SPA interface, however dont have the VPN Accelarator.

I use 122-18.SXF5.bin , but also needed to download c7600-fpd-pkg.122-18.SXF5.pkg and put it in the boot directory to upgrade the firmware on the the SPA..
