Use this IOS if your 3750 only has 16 mb of flash.  If you have stack of switch and at least one of them has 16 mb flash, then use this file.

c3750-ipservicesk9-mz 122-55 SE8

Only use this file if your 3750G has 32 mb flash.

MR Leo Thank you very Much ......

but someone told me that need to upgrade the IOS to 15.0(1)SE  , if i want to configure Flexible Netflow .....

Search for 'Flexible Netflow' here:

http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/by-feature-technology.jsp

The feature is available in its basic from in some 12.4 releases as well as 15.x .

but someone told me that need to upgrade the IOS to 15.0(1)SE

Rawa,

If your switch has a 16 mb flash, then you will not be able to load IOS versions from 12.2(58)SE and higher.  The highest IOS version you can load on a switch with 16 mb flash is 12.2(55)SE (and later).

Dears

thats memory Capacity of my Switch

cisco WS-C3750X-24 (PowerPC405) processor (revision A0) with 262144K bytes of memory.

whats your recomendation ?

cisco WS-C3750X-24

That's not right.

The IOS filenames you've mentioned on the opening thread is for a 3750/3750G.  IF you have a 3750X then you will not be able to load the IOS because they are meant for a different model of the switch.

My recommendation is to stick with 12.2(55)SE8.

Right MR Leo

because yesterday i tried to upgrade the ios , i faced the following

Switch#copy tftp: flash

Address or name of remote host []? 172.16.1.2

Source filename []? c3750e-universalk9-tar.150-2.SE1

Destination filename [c3750e-universalk9-tar.150-2.SE1]?

Accessing tftp://172.16.1.2/c3750e-universalk9-tar.150-2.SE1...

%Error opening tftp://172.16.1.2/c3750e-universalk9-tar.150-2.SE1 (No such file or directory)

is it related to your mention ?

%Error opening tftp://172.16.1.2/c3750e-universalk9-tar.150-2.SE1 (No such file or directory)

That's wrong.  Look at the filename you've specified.  There's no file extension.  Of course the response from the switch is, "where is this file you are talking about".

DEAR

PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

i upgraded the Switch , during botting i faced it and dont be complete
