This is my configuration and i wonder whether it need license or not!

The vendor didn't let me type it in my border-router,they say this configuration need license.

And they want us to buy it!

Is it necessary to buy the license?

We do not have enough information to be able to correctly answer your question. If you tell us what platform, what version of code, what feature set (may be used or may be not used depending on version of code) and what licenses are applied then we would be in better position to answer your question. The output of show version would be a good place to start giving us the information.

Ip next-hop verify-availability problem

Thank you for the information that I requested. According to this link

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/routers/ps10616/white_paper_c11_556985.html#wp9001265

Policy Based Routing is supported in the base license (which you have) but IP SLA requires the Data license (which you do not have). So probably the vendor is correct that to do verify-availability you may need the additional license.
