ip policy command

I have a EtherSwitch NME-16ES-1G-P module in a 2821 router and ip routing is enabled. I'm trying to configure Policy Based Routing but from the interface configuration level, there is no 'ip policy' command available. The IOS version on the module is 12.2(25)SEE2. The IOS on the router itself is 12.4. Anyone know why I don't have that command available?

Re: ip policy command

H,

You have to put no switchport first to make the interface a layer 3 interface before configuring PBR on it, and please make sure that your IOS supports PBR.

HTH,

Mohammed Mahmoud.
