IP SLA Error

I have created similar discusion before and the problem i thought we've fixed but still outstanding.

I have two different platforms configured with IP SLA and getting extactly the same error on both platforms!

Platforms & IOS

ip sla schedule 1 life forever start-time now

Errors

The RTT-3-IPSLANEGATIVEVALUE message is indication that the total packet
loss from SD and DS is extremely large and the ICPIF calculation will
not include the actual packet loss in its calculation

I have checked cisco debug toolkit, cannot find anything related.
