ip subneting

I have a 10. network and need to subnet part of it. I need to combine 10.66.4.x and 10.66.5.x into one network. Will a 255.255.254.0 subnet mask only include these 2 networks and no others?

If you configure 10.66.4.0 255.255.254.0 it will include 10.66.4.0 and 10.66.5.0 and no other address range.
