Does cisco support the in.rdisc protocol from the Solaris OS? If so which ones are the commands.

I think you should have to the Cisco BTS 10200 Softswitch application software installed on the system.
Execute the following command:
/usr/sbin/in.rdisc -s -f
if [ -f /usr/sbin/in.routed ];
then
\mv -f /usr/sbin/in.routed /usr/sbin/in.routed.org
