Hi guys,
We have UC license installed on 2911 routers. We need to configure IPSEC VPNs. But IOS software currently does not support the command
Could it be a licensing issue? if it is, can we install an additional licence, oher than UC?
Please check the attached "show version" and "show license" files.

You do need the Security license. The part number would be L-SL-29-SEC-K9=
Here's a good link on licensing ISR G2's.

According to this data sheet from Cisco you do need the Security license on ISRG2 routers to use IPSec VPN
You should be able to purchase and install the second license.

The router already has UC license installed. Will there be a compatibility issue if I install the Sec license in addition to the UC license?

Yes, I should have read a bit more, it's already mentioned in the document provided by Collin:
This implicitly shows that we can co-locate UC and SEC.
Thanks guys for your support
