ipv6 on new router

Hello, I recently upgraded my 2821 router to a 2901 router. I copied the config from the old to the new and have been having issues getting ipv6 to work on the 2901 router. I am not able to get an ipv6 address to end devices. I can sometimes get the WAN interface to grab an IPv6 address but not a 60 like I'm requesting.

Any ideas on what would cause this?

Hello,

on your WAN interface, try:

ipv6 dhcp client pd hint ::/56

The idea being that maybe Cox does not give out ::/60 addresses in your region...

Still doesn't seem to be working. What's the best way to have the router
request a new block of IP's?

Thank you for your help.
