hey guys,

I just wanna know if c3750-ipservices-mz.122-50.SE5 software do layer 3? I  know all the switches are under layer 3 ! does the software make any different if it can or can not do layer3 ?

Yes. As long as the image is IP Services. 

High-Performance IP Routing
● Cisco Express Forwarding hardware routing architecture delivers extremely high-performance IP routing.
● Basic IP unicast routing protocols (static, Routing Information Protocol Version 1 [RIPv1], RIPv2 and RIPng) are supported for small-network routing applications.

Thank you. but I have to point out that Jon provided more accurate answer. What I meant that advanced feature set requires IP Services. Layer 3 capability is a platform specific. Thank you.

All L3 switches can do L3 regardless of the feature set ie. your switch with IP Base can still do L3 it is just that with IP Services you get more features eg. full routing support, PBR etc.
