Is possible to watch in 7600 Router, the cos or DSCP in the interfaces?

Is posible to do that? By sample, in the 4500 or 3750, is possible to see the packets marked with the resective DSCP?

In the 7600 I searched by commands, but I didn´t find? Does exist any tool (exception the sniffer) for this?

You can use netflow on L3 interfaces to see the DSCP markings for those packets.  Not sure what exactly you mean by your question.  What are you doing on the 3750 to see those markings?
