I'm doing a customer build and when i insert the line card i get the following:

I thought that these linecards were supported on this Chassis number. Can anybody help or does anybody have a solution? (sorry to rush, but it's reasonably urgent)

hi!
Hardware wise , it seems to be supported. You will have to check if the ios version you are running supports it. Can you tell what IOS version are you running?
