the default isr4351 interface is 1000Mb, how to hardcode to 100M, speed command not working

If it is a copper port, it usually auto detects it when you connect a 100 Mb device to it.

Yes, all ports in question here are copper.
Should I be specifying the bandwidth on all the ports, and force 300Mbps through all interfaces ?
