We are observing huge increase in Jumbo and Output errors at the TX on one of ourNexus 5596 switch.

Do we have any specific reason and what will be the soulution to fix this?

Please find the interface output.

Jumbo and Output errors at the TX on Nexus 5596

Hi Senthil,

What interface is the Ethernet 1/24? Is it a part of the FEX port-channel? If yes, VNTAG header addition might show there as jumbo packets the extra 6 byte.

If not, then understand why you receive a frame more than 1500 bytes. you might also try enabling the jumbo frame,

Hi Senthil,

Have you managed to solve this issue? I seem to be having the same problem?

Could you share your outcome?

Thanks and most appreciated,
