Solved: just a simulation that really need to get a sutable solution for it

hi all,

all what i need to know is if i got 20 switches and a lot of departments and VOIP is included, How many vlan's gonna be created and in which way?????

Please tell me the best solution for this quiz...

Hi,

You can divide vlan for data and voice and create two for each department.

"In which way" you mean command?

Create vlans may vary from switch to switch but usually if you assign one switch port to a vlan the switch already create the vlan for you.

Just keep in mind that if those vlans need to communicate with different devices then trunk may be required as well.
