Having LACP etherchannel issue between a IOS 6513 and a 3750. Any suggestions would be great..
Normal configuration causes the 6500 to shut the uplinks down,
We keep getting , Channel protocol mismatch errors

Is there a specific reason you want to use LACP as oppose to PagP ? Have you tried it with PagP ?
Can you post etherchannel configs for both switches + "sh etherchannel"

No reason it shouldn't work . Shutdown the ports you want to aggregate then do the fol
lowing . On the ports add the following. The switches like to see all the ports in a group come up at the same time , if this is not done you can sometimes get unpredictable results... Also all ports on both sides must be the same speed and duplex to form a channel. Best left at auto between cisco devices...
int gx/x/x
channel-group X mode active
int port channel X
no shut
