LAN fast download SLOW upload ???

I have a server and a client both directily to 3550.

Server port hardcode to 100/full

Client port is auto.

Problem is download from server to clietn is fast. But upload file from client to server is extreamly slow.

Client is a Gigabit card, and I tried to setting auto and later 100/full but same result.

I remember I have the similar issue before when I using a certain Gigabit LAN card I had speed problems with server.

Is cisco switch does not work properly with some LAN card ???

Are you getting any errors on either port? Is the server using teamed NIC's or just one NIC?

Always if you configure port with speed/duplex configure other side too. You should not configure one side auto and other side manual
