leased lines and isp's

Hi all can anyone tell me how a leased line is run say from 2 buildings, does it go to the nearest exchange then to the the distant exchange then from there to the other building ? also if my nearest POP for my providers network is say 100 miles away would they charge me for a leased line to reach that POP, would that be classed as a point to point circuit ?

Re: leased lines and isp's

Hi,

First it will go to nearest exchange then it will go to main exchange and vice versa and about cost details u have to speak ISP and that will be a point-to-point link.

Thanks,

krishna.
