Hi,
I have some issue concern my ironport,
i have replaced my boxes with a new one with RMA , and when i try to add the licences i get an error
should i have a new licence from cisco or convert the old one

You should be able to follow the instructions here for transferring the license. If you run into problems still, please contact TAC.
