Licencing question around C2921

We are looking to implement the C2921 solution in our new office and I am getting confused with the sort of licences and extra modules required to make this happen. If anyone of you understands the Cisco licencing requirements I would be grateful for some guidance.

Here is what I have been told so far:

a) that we need to purchase the following hardware:

C2921-VSEC-CUBE/K9      "C2921 UC SEC CUBE Bundle, PVDM3-32, UC SEC Lic, FL-CUBEE-25"

b) that we also need the following software licences:

FL-CME Cisco Communications Manager Express License

FL-CME-SRST-25 Communication Manager Express or SRST - 25 seat license

SCUE-ISM-8.6-K9 Cisco Unity Express Release 8.6

FL-CUE-MBX-5 Unity Express License - 5 Mailbox - CUCM and CUCME

c) that we also need the following modules:

VIC3-4FXS/DID Four-Port Voice Interface Card - FXS and DID

1. is the licence suggested on the actual phones not duplicate the licences already purchased with the c2921 router? I noticed there is another code for these phones which does not carry the licence (CP-7945G) and these are obviously cheaper.

2. are there any other ways which are more cost effective to purchase the licences? are there licences we require which the Partner did not specify as per the above list?

ISM-SRE-300-K9 Internal Services Module (ISM)

FL-CUE-PORT-2 Unity Express License - 2 Port

d) that we need to purchase phones that come with an extra licence:

CP-7945G-CCME "Cisco UC Phone 7945, Gig, Color, with 1 CCME RTU License"
