Do I need particular LICENSE for MSFC2A on Cisco Catalyst 6509E, WS-SUP32-GE-

3B, Fan Tray (req. P/S) in order to use OSPF and BGP? I use S323AIK9-12218SXF software.

The part number S323AIK9-12218SXF that you mentioned is for the below IOS Feature Set:

Cisco CAT6000-SUP32 IOS ADVANCED IP SERVICES SSH

If you have already paid for this part number for the particular chassis that you are going to enable OSPF and BGP, my understanding is you dont need to pay any additional licensing fee.
