which commands are Powerfull to limit JOIN On certain routers
via
ip igmp profile 1
permit
Range 228.28.28.0 228.28.28.254
int X
ip igmp filter 1
or
Via a Normal access-list

If you are asked to limit joins, you need to use ip igmp profile on switches and ip igmp access-group on routers.
Normal ACLs block the traffic for those multicast groups but does not filter the join.
