Line Card failure when Converting From IOS to CATOS on Sup 720-3b

Hi,

Has anybody had any issues when converting from IOS to CATOS on a 6500 switch with a Sup720-3B. My problem is when the switch is runnig IOS, it recognises the Line cards. As soon as I convert to CATOS (cat6000-sup720cvk9.8-5-5.bin),all line cards except the superviisor come up as faulty, when I do a show Mod. The supervisor itself boots correctly and I have full CATOS commands. Has anybody seen anything similar?
