1)I have two 4507 Cisco Switches & 2 3845 Routers.
2)Each is connected with each 3845 Routers.You can see in Attached Diagram.
3)Every Router has 2 E1's connected.
4)HSRP is configured in 4507 Switches and OSPF is running.
5)IP load sharing per packet is configured on Routers.
6)We are not able load balancing traffic between both the router on all 4 E1's.
7)We are able load balance between 2 links which is connected in Single routers.
8)My problem is we are facing constant high cpu utilization alarm in two links which is connected to Single Router and other two links which is connected to Second router is still remain free.
9)Is there any possibilities to load balance traffic between both the routers and all links.
