Loading IOS from Boot Loader

Flash got erased and the switch was then powered off and I need to find out how to get an IOS image loaded from Boot Loader (C2950-HBOOT-M) Version 12.1(11r)EA1.

Thanks so much for the response. I have tried these steps and after trying the XModem upload I get Permission Denied. Any suggestions?

in rommon, type i and enter

then type dir flash:

Then it will prompt to initialize flash simm. Reply 'Y'

I am not getting to rommmon, it stops booting at the switch: prompt. Is there a way to change the permission for XModem?

When showing dir it shows XModem as (read-only). Does this matter?
